Planning a corporate event, family reunion, or special celebration? We can accommodate groups of nearly any size across multiple balloons. Contact us for custom pricing and details tailored to your group.
Bring comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, and a light jacket (it can be cooler at altitude). Don’t forget your camera! Please avoid loose items like scarves or hats that could blow away.
Passengers must be at least 6 years old and 48 inches tall. The weight limit is typically 250 lbs per person, but please contact us if you have any concerns.
Your safety is our priority. If conditions aren’t suitable for flying, we’ll reschedule your flight at no additional cost and contact you early if there are any concerns.
Plan for about 3–4 hours total. We’ll pick you up 1–2 hours before sunrise, and the full experience (flight plus celebration) takes roughly 3 hours.
