Cancellations made at least 7 days before your scheduled flight are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the deposit.
If we cancel a flight due to weather or safety concerns, you may reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund.
We’re happy to reschedule your flight whenever possible. Please give us as much advance notice as you can.
Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they never expire and are fully transferable.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days.
Private flights, group outings, and special events may carry separate cancellation terms, which will be provided at the time of booking.
No-shows and late arrivals that prevent a safe launch are not eligible for refunds.
