Balloon rides take place at sunrise, typically starting around dawn. The exact time varies by season and will be confirmed when you book. It’s an early wake-up, but absolutely worth it to watch the sun rise over Middle Tennessee from above.

Yes. Ballooning is one of the safest forms of aviation. Our pilots are FAA certified with extensive training and experience, and all equipment is meticulously maintained and regularly inspected. Safety is our top priority on every single flight.

Dress in comfortable, casual layers. Closed-toe shoes are required (sneakers or hiking boots work great). Bring a light jacket, as it can be cooler at altitude. Please avoid loose items like scarves or hats that might blow away—and don’t forget your camera!

Weather determines whether we can fly safely. If conditions aren’t suitable, we’ll reschedule your flight for another day at no additional charge. We monitor the forecast closely and will contact you if there are any concerns about your scheduled flight.

Children must be at least 6 years old and 48 inches tall to fly. The typical weight limit is 250 lbs per person. Please contact us if you have any questions about fit or mobility—we want everyone to be comfortable and safe.

We keep groups intimate—typically 4–10 passengers per balloon depending on the package. Our private flight option accommodates up to 4 guests for a more exclusive experience, and we can arrange larger groups across several balloons. Just give us a call.

Plan for about 3–4 hours total. We pick you up 1–2 hours before sunrise, then the flight and celebration take roughly 3 hours from start to finish.

Yes! Gift certificates never expire and can be purchased online or by phone. They make a wonderful present for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, or any special occasion.
